Job Description
Join the Hyatt Regency Seattle as an Intermediate Garde Manger Cook 2 and contribute to the hotel's culinary team. The role involves preparing and presenting cold food items with consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Experience in high-volume cold production
Experience in banquet/catering production preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced cold-temperature kitchen environment
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate knife skills
Working knowledge of cold food preparation techniques
Understanding of food safety standards and garde manger best practices
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Requires moderate supervision and training
Open schedule flexibility to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays required
Must have Food Handler's Card
