Job Description
Join the Hyatt Regency Seattle as an Intermediate Garde Manger Cook 2. The role is responsible for preparing and presenting cold food items with consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume cold production
  • Experience in banquet/catering production preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced cold-temperature kitchen environment
