Job Description
Join our highly skilled and recognized Culinary team as a Culinary Lead at Hyatt Regency Dallas. Direct and oversee line level colleagues, check quality of finished food products, and ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4 years of culinary experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience
  • Texas Registered Food Service Manager preferred
  • Texas Food Handlers Certification required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in all kitchen aspects, including high volume restaurant & banquet operations
