Job Description
The Royale Room at Hyatt is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook with culinary experience and a degree. The ideal candidate will have good communication and culinary skills, with a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The Line Cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training.

Requirements

  • 2 years of previous line experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must have an open and flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
