Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on pastry experience in a professional kitchen or hotel setting
  • Culinary degree or related hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in preparing a wide range of products including mousses, custards, creams, cakes, cookies, and quickbreads
