Role OverviewAssist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes, following established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department, and promoting food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.

Provide meal service that meets the desires of the resident, allowing as much choice as possible and preserving the element of personal dignity.
