• Maintain a spotless and sparkling clean back-of-house environment
• Assist the kitchen team with deep cleaning tasks
• Aide the kitchen during banquet events as required
• Ensure cleanliness across all food and beverage areas of the hotel
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, willing and able to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays
