Job Description
Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is seeking a Culinary Supervisor - Banquets to oversee the preparation and cooking of food items, meeting guests' needs in a timely manner. The selected candidate will possess basic skills in department training and be capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Banquet Sous Chef.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in a restaurant or banquet kitchen
  • Two years in a lead cook role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Ability to remain calm and collective during stressful situations
  • Computer proficiency in ordering products and interacting with sales and vendors
  • Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
