Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor - Banquets will supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner.
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in a restaurant or banquet kitchen
At least two years in a lead cook role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to work in a team environment
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong Leadership Skills
Ability to remain calm and collective during stressful situation
Computer proficiency in ordering products and interact with sales and vendors
Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Certificates/licenses in order to meet all compliance standards required
