Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor - Banquets will supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items. The selected candidate will be responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a restaurant or banquet kitchen
  • At least two years in a lead cook role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Ability to remain calm and collective during stressful situation
  • Computer proficiency in ordering products and interact with sales and vendors
  • Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
  • Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Certificates/licenses in order to meet all compliance standards required
