Job Description
As a Culinary Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa, you will oversee kitchen operations, train staff, and ensure quality products are delivered to guests in a timely manner. You will also assist with monitoring payroll costs and overtime, and supervise hourly cooks.
