Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor position requires in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations, with responsibilities including monitoring expo, food production, quality and consistency, and staffing levels. Requirements
Good Communication skills
Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
At least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience required
Able to work all stations of the kitchen
