Requirements

  • basic cost control understanding
  • computer skills
  • 2 years of previous experience in culinary experience required
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • be able to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • be able to stand for entire shift
  • be able to work a flexible schedule, AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
