Role OverviewThe Culinary Supervisor supports the Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards. They assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes, manage kitchen staff during their shifts, and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the safe handling of food product, maintains a clean and sanitary work environment, prepares and serves food items according to Chef specifications, and supervises storage of food deliveries.

- ServSafe or similar food safety course certification
