Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. They will supervise hourly cooks and assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4-6 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead cook role.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of professional kitchen experience
  • 2-3 years in supervisory or lead cook role
  • Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within a hotel
  • Culinary education
  • Basic cost control understanding
  • Basic communication, leadership skills, and computer skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Physical ability to meet kitchen demands (standing long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs)
