Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. They will supervise hourly cooks and assist in monitoring payroll costs & overtime. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4-6 years of professional kitchen experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead cook role.
Requirements
4-6 years of professional kitchen experience
2-3 years in supervisory or lead cook role
Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within a hotel
Culinary education
Basic cost control understanding
Basic communication, leadership skills, and computer skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
Physical ability to meet kitchen demands (standing long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs)
