Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the hotel's restaurant outlets and basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel, producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner.
Requirements
Basic cost control understanding
Leadership and computer skills
Good communication skills
2 years of previous experience in culinary experience
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
Ability to train/work on any cooking line/department
Ability to stand for entire shift
Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
