Job Description
The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the hotel's restaurant outlets and basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel, producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Basic cost control understanding
  • Leadership and computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • 2 years of previous experience in culinary experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Ability to train/work on any cooking line/department
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
