Role OverviewThe Cultivation Technician is responsible for hands-on plant care throughout the cannabis growth cycle — from cloning to harvest. This role supports day-to-day operations in the cultivation facility, ensuring plants are healthy, compliant, and thriving in a clean, organized environment.
What You Will Do
Perform pruning, defoliation, trimming, and plant support tasks, clone, transplant, water, fertilize, and transition cannabis plants as needed, and assist in harvesting flowering plants and preparing them for post-harvest.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent credential) per Florida regulations
- 1–3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, or production environments
- Working knowledge of cannabis growth cycles preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in task execution
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
