As a Cultural & Community Engagement Professional, you will assist in planning, developing, and implementing activity programs for the facility. You will also participate in community activities, coordinate events, and ensure that residents have a variety of activities to promote social, spiritual, physical, and cognitive functioning.

Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of Therapeutic Activities, Therapeutic Recreation or equivalent experience
- Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation, BS or BA preferred, or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
