Job Description
At HDR, we're looking for a Cultural Resources Section Manager to lead our Northern California team. You'll oversee project delivery, staff development, and marketing efforts, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery and new business development. Requirements

  • Assessment and preparation of documents, reports, and findings for archaeological investigations
  • Development and monitoring of tasks, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Leadership and support of Section 106 compliance, NEPA, and CEQA efforts
  • Conduct of fieldwork and participation in meetings to develop compliance strategy
  • Administration of operations of Northern California's Cultural Resources Section
  • Supervision of medium to large staff of cultural resources professionals and technicians
  • Delivery of project services and deliverables to meet client expectations
  • Implementation and monitoring of company policies
