Role OverviewAs a Curbside Clerk, you'll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish. You'll provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area, greet customers with a courteous attitude, and resolve customer concerns quickly.
What You Will Do
You'll fulfill orders, receive daily workflow through a dashboard, and select items throughout the store. You'll also store and stage orders correctly, keep the curbside area clean, and support other tasks as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred
- Past cashier experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way
- Past online ordering experience a plus
