Curbside Pickup Clerk

As a Curbside Pickup Clerk at Meijer, you'll be responsible for fulfilling customers' online curbside orders, providing remarkable service, and creating a smooth, friendly experience for customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership. You'll also be responsible for resolving customer concerns, receiving daily workflow, and fulfilling orders throughout the shift.

What You Will Do

You'll provide service at the curbside pickup area, greet customers with a courteous attitude, respond to questions and needs, and resolve customer concerns quickly. You'll also receive and fulfill orders, select items, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately. You'll store and stage orders correctly, keep the curbside area clean, and support other tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-first approach
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Past cashier experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way
• Past online ordering experience a plus
