Role OverviewThe Learning Experience – Chino is looking for a positive, hands-on team member to help support teachers, classrooms, and Center Director. This role is ideal for someone with preschool experience who enjoys working with children, mentoring teachers, and helping classrooms run smoothly.
What You Will Do
Support teachers with implementing curriculum and planning engaging learning experiences, spend time in classrooms providing guidance, encouragement, and coaching, and help teachers with classroom management, daily routines, and transitions.

Requirements
- Minimum 12 ECE units required
- Administration units preferred
- Previous preschool teaching experience required
- Strong classroom management skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for coaching and supporting teachers
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
