Job Description
The Curriculum Designer/Editor will create new curriculum modules, edit existing content, and support the Program Manager in organizing and maintaining the B2B content library. Responsibilities include translating technical subject matter into accessible content, reviewing deliverables, and managing content production timelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or technical writing
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clean, professional training content under deadline pressure
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with ability to improve content without changing technical intent
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex knowledge into accessible curriculum
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with curriculum and eLearning authoring tools is required
  • Basic graphic design skills with the ability to create clear, visually effective instructional assets
  • Proficiency with animation, motion graphics, or digital content creation software
