Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree / diploma or comparable experience in technical writing, adult Education, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Maestro software
  • Working knowledge of databases and data models
  • Project management skills and or working towards certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work with tight deadlines when necessary
  • Knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy
