Job Description
Curriculum Developer at Aleut Federal, designing and developing asynchronous distance learning curriculum using Instructional System Design (ISD/ADDIE) methodologies, working with subject matter experts to translate technical content into effective instructional materials, and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) deployment.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Instructional System Design (ISD) models
Proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or equivalent)
Experience designing content across Chapman Alliance Levels of E-Learning
Knowledge of eLearning standards, including SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, and AICC
