Job Description
Calgon Carbon is growing and hiring a Customer Service Invoicing and Receivables Specialist to oversee invoicing management for all business units in the Americas. The role involves reviewing customer invoices, resolving discrepancies, and interacting with customers to secure payment. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in administrative, financial, or customer service roles, and knowledge of Calgon Carbon's customers, products, and business processes.
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
3-5 years of experience in administrative, financial, legal, or customer service roles using structured systems or databases
Preferred skills include Customer Service, SAP skills in Sales & Distribution, and knowledge of Calgon Carbon's customers, products, and business processes
