Role OverviewProvide direction and leadership in the area of custodial services to ensure a safe, clean, and effective environment for students and district employees. The role involves supervising a large staff of custodial personnel, inspecting schools and facilities, and ensuring adherence to state rules and department policies.

Responsibilities include mentoring, evaluating, problem-solving, and creating a team-oriented environment, as well as supervising custodial staff, inspecting schools and facilities, and ensuring adherence to state rules and department policies.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent combination of related education, training, and/or experience
- Three years of experience in custodial operations or related field, with two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current driver's license
- Custodial certification (FSPMA) preferred
