Role OverviewThe Custodian Worker II will provide cleaning of all casino areas to provide a safe and healthy environment. The position requires a positive and guest-friendly attitude to ensure guests receive exceptional service.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, emptying garbage, mopping, and shampooing. Deep cleaning of areas needing additional attention is also required.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have one year of professional cleaning experience in a casino, hotel, warehouse, or similar environment. Ability to train on and operate specialized equipment is also required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of professional cleaning experience in a casino, hotel, warehouse, or similar environment
- Ability to train on and operate specialized equipment such as the cardboard baler, riding shampooer, and street sweeper
- Ability to obtain certification in Aerial Work Platform Operation and Safety
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License
