Job Description
This is experienced level custodial services work. Employees perform the full range of Essential Functions under general supervision. Performs custodial work using protective and other equipment and techniques in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures promoting safety and health of clients, visitors, property, or institutions.

Requirements

  • Perform custodial work using protective and other equipment and techniques
  • Clean walls, floors, carpets and other interior building components
  • Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures, and cleans windows, glass partitions, or mirrors
  • Empties and cleans wastebaskets, garbage containers, and ashtrays
  • Maintains, replenishes, or replaces various supplies
  • Moves and arranges furniture and hangs drapes and window shades
  • Operates a variety of mechanical custodial equipment
  • Completes and maintains competency in required training
  • Communicates and interacts effectively with people across cultures
