Job Description
Propel seeks a Custodian for our Facilities Department. This position is based at Propel Montour Elementary and is available immediately. The selected candidate will perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing the school facility and its grounds.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older to apply and have reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical labor such as moving furniture and equipment, lifting, climbing ladders, etc
  • Ability to follow instructions concerning various chemicals
  • Ability to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal or simple written instructions
  • General knowledge of housekeeping, tools, equipment and supplies
