Requirements

  • Perform custodial tasks and maintenance of areas such as classrooms, offices, auditoriums, wards, kitchens, dining rooms and lavatories
  • Dust, mop, sweep, scrub, strip, wax and polish floors using floor polishers and buffers
  • Wash, dust and polish glass including windows, woodwork, walls, furniture and metal equipment
  • Collect and dispose of all trash and recycling in the appropriate containers
  • Report needs for repairs
  • Perform minor maintenance
  • Inspect building for damage and report conditions to supervisor
