Custodian

Keeps the building and facilities in a clean, neat, and safe condition by performing various janitorial duties throughout the building and property.

What You Will Do

Perform general cleaning duties on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, including disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen areas, trash collection, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing supplies, etc.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and the ability to use chemical cleaners according to directions.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and disposal (will train).
• Ability to be self-directed to complete daily, weekly and monthly task.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Standing and walking 8 hours a day
