Role OverviewThe Custodian is responsible for maintaining clean and orderly facilities, performing heavy cleaning tasks, and contributing to the overall condition and functionality of the building.
What You Will Do
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, gather and empty trash cans, service and clean restrooms, clean and polish furniture and fixtures, dust furniture and equipment, and perform minor adjustments and servicing of HVAC and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have basic janitorial skills, ability to follow instructions, and physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
