Job Description
The AbilityOne Program is a federal initiative that provides employment for people who are blind or have severe disabilities. As a custodian, the job requires cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sweeping and mopping hard surface flooring, and other routine custodial duties.

Requirements

  • Less than high school
  • No previous experience required
  • Ability to understand verbal instructions
  • Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
  • Ability to operate vacuums and other related equipment
  • Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
