Loomis Sayles seeks a Custom Income Strategies Associate to assist portfolio managers with day-to-day portfolio management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Computational Finance, Engineering, or a quantitatively driven field, and 2-4 years of experience in related fields or relevant internship experience.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Computational Finance, Engineering, or degree in a quantitatively driven and technical field
  • 2–4 years of work experience in related fields desirable
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investment management industry
  • Strong technical, problem solving and programming skills are required
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, VBA, Excel required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven, highly accountable, resourceful and independent thinker; Curious and entrepreneurial mindset
