Manages customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. Prepares quotes and works closely with Order Entry teams. Develops foundational understanding of business unit processes and pricing controls.
Requirements
Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders
Prepare timely and accurate quotes
Work closely with Order Entry teams
Develop foundational understanding of business unit processes and pricing controls
Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
Log and process customer complaints
Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
Support resolution of Accounts Receivable issues with customers
Monitor customer accounts
