Job Description
Manages customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. Prepares quotes and works closely with Order Entry teams. Develops foundational understanding of business unit processes and pricing controls.

Requirements

  • Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and orders
  • Prepare timely and accurate quotes
  • Work closely with Order Entry teams
  • Develop foundational understanding of business unit processes and pricing controls
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
  • Log and process customer complaints
  • Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Support resolution of Accounts Receivable issues with customers
  • Monitor customer accounts
