Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join a furniture sales and leasing company. This position works directly with customers to help them select furniture, appliances, and other household or office items while guiding them through the sales, rental, leasing, financing, and credit approval process.
What You Will Do
Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service, assist customers with selecting furniture, appliances, and other merchandise, process rental, lease, and sales agreements, assist customers with financing applications and payment options, and maintain organized sales and customer records.
