Job Description
Aeroflow Health is seeking a Customer Account Representative – Urology to provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies. The role involves handling phone calls, updating account information, and troubleshooting equipment problems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • 1 year of call center experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Excellent De-escalation skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask – shifting between open applications as you speak with patients
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute with accuracy
