Job Description
The Customer Advisor role at CarMax is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between customers and retail technicians or mechanical associates on the phone before, during, and after the service/repair processes. The role involves meeting and greeting customers, accurately interviewing and documenting customer concerns, establishing specific call times, creating repair orders, and reviewing repair orders for work performed and accuracy of labor, parts, and sublet documentation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times by consistently executing the Retail Service Standardized Work and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes
  • Meet or exceed CarMax guidelines for customer satisfaction
