The Customer Care Lead is responsible for daily supervision of the Customer Service Representatives, ensuring they meet customer service levels and work volumes, and addresses customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
2 years of solid customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work 40+ hours per week during peak business times
Ability to work every other weekend
