Requirements

  • Respond to inquiries about HRS operations, programs, and initiatives via telephone and email.
  • Log issues using Intranet Quorum (IQ) Web System.
  • Process payroll and timekeeping using CityTime.
  • Troubleshoot the CityTime system and submit Remedy tickets.
