Job Description
The Department of Social Services (DSS) is recruiting for a Clerical Associate to serve as a Customer Care Representative. This role focuses on responding to user inquiries, resolving issues related to HRS programs and systems (Intranet Quorum, CityTime, PMS, CHRMS, and eStubs), and supporting staff payroll and timekeeping. The position requires proficiency in typing, communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Respond to inquiries about HRS operations, programs, and initiatives via telephone and email.
Log issues using Intranet Quorum (IQ) Web System.
Process payroll and timekeeping using CityTime.
Troubleshoot the CityTime system and submit Remedy tickets.
