Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Epiroc. The role plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across Epiroc's Attachments Division in North and South America. The Customer Care Representative will provide responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service across all product lines, shaping the division's evolving customer experience model.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred (M3 and Salesforce)
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
