Role OverviewThe Customer Care Specialist will act as a liaison, provide service information, and resolve any emerging issues a customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing large amounts of incoming calls, identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication, handling customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions, ensuring resolution, keeping records of customer interactions, processing billing and payments, and assisting with insurance compliance.
What You Will Do
Process document requests, gather and process documents for a Transfer and Assumption request, complete Payoff paperwork, respond to customer email requests, process payments and Skip Payments, maintain customer records, update ACH account changes, and resolve incoming service requests.

Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Three to five years of work experience in commercial customer service
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access, as well as Internet-based solutions and AmurEF platforms (e.g., Lease Plus, Aspire, SSRS)
- Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
