Job Description
Supervises the daily activity of the Customer Claims Deduction team to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of best-in-class claim resolution. Coaches and develops team members to improve performance and ensure continuous improvement in the department.
Requirements
Lead the organization's claim resolution team and all related activities
Drive performance by providing coaching, guidance, direction, and development for direct reports
Identify continuous improvement and implement changes to improve workflow, productivity without sacrificing resolution results
