Job Description
The Customer Concierge Team Member will provide a quality and positive customer experience for internal and external customers by being ultra-responsive and creating a personal touch. This position provides an opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales position after 12 months.
Requirements
1+ Year of Sales and/or Customer Service experience
Learn and Gain a mastery level proficiency on: Phones, Direct communication to the customer base, Liason between customer base and Sales Team, Customer Concierge Emails, Open / Solve Tickets
