Job Description
Mercedes-Benz USA is looking for a Customer Data Personalization Junior Associate Consultant to support and lead the Personalization Program, maximizing digital touchpoints and customer satisfaction with digital personalization. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, data modeling, and working with customers to create business value from data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, or Digital Marketing
  • Available from February 2026 – August 2026 (with opportunity to extend in 3 month increments)
  • Hybrid in-person schedule, minimum 20 hours (up to a max of 30 hours) per week
  • Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
