Job Description
Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience are sought to deliver happiness to customers on the driveway and get involved in the local community at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr and growth opportunities based on performance are needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
