Job Description
Customer Engagement Specialist role involves creating quotes, negotiating pricing, and scheduling orders to drive profitability. Candidate must have strong math skills, computer skills, and interpersonal skills. Work environment is fast-paced manufacturing business with varied work environments. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • College level coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong math skills to accurately manage product cost data
  • Strong interpersonal, customer contact skills, and telephone etiquette
  • Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office required, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
