Job Description
Hex is hiring a Customer Engineer to join their Customer Engineering team. The role involves working closely with customers to deliver a top-notch technical customer experience, translating valuable customer information into insights for Product, GTM leadership, and more.
Requirements
Become a Hex product expert capable of guiding customers through initial product setup, asset development, and technical questions
Work hands-on with our strategic customers to build confidence in Hex, teach Hex best practices, and advise on data curation strategy
Drive Hex product adoption, experiment with implementation, onboarding and training programs, and identify patterns from customer interactions
