Job Description
A luxury lifestyle and home brand is seeking a Customer Operations & Client Experience Manager to lead the transformation and optimization of its customer experience and sales operations function across the Americas. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of customer experience leadership, systems expertise, project management, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer operations, customer experience, sales operations, or client services
  • Management experience within luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, home, hospitality, or related industries
  • Strong operational mindset with experience optimizing systems and processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems, implementations, or system migrations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across departments
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience supporting both wholesale and retail business channels
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement structure, and improve service standards
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Comfortable working onsite
