Job Description
Customer Experience Associate will work closely with customers, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include cross-selling, handling incoming calls, collecting payments, and submitting claims paperwork.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year
